Seven sins of falsity and falsification

Nowadays the falsification in the described above meaning conquers the market crippling not only the health, but also food industry and the economy of the states where food is the matter of cultural importance. There are numerous examples of the ways to swindle the consumer, but amid the most common are:

SEVEN SINS OF FOOD FALSITY AND FALSIFICATION

1 – Falsification of the origin.
Very often the indication of the origin of the product is followed by the convenient laws that turn to be fictitious, like in the case with olive oil. There is the wrong opinion that the origin of the oil is similar with the place of its "producing". It is obvious that to make it the oil-press is needed and the place of its location is considered the place of origin of the oil, regardless of where the olives come from.

2 - Falsification and forgery of the local production
It becomes more and more common the substitution of the local originality with the "fabricated" one. In this sphere the most widespread is the fraud of the more or less well-known products. For instance, Parmesan cheese is imitated throughout the Europe and America under different names from Parmesan to Reggianito and so on.

3 – Falsification of the tradition
There are numerous fakes of traditional food in all the variety of kinds and types. From the one side it touches upon the nonobservance of antique traditions.
3/1 – The product, dish, menu may be subjected to some kind of "restoration" or "reconstruction", that although might be acceptable but experienced the substantial change of its components and in the first part, the use.
3/2 – And from the other side the creation of "non-existent" traditions, that are being simply fabricated

4 – Product falsification
Today we are as never before aware that the quality of food is an integral part of the correspondence of the raw product. We have already mentioned that the originality corresponds the place of origin and/or its content (immutable original components and natural elements). The food product obtained with the help of new technological systems, certainly safe from the sanitary side, is not original, but fabricated one.

5 – Falsification of the recipes
Nowhere else is the falsification so common as in the receipts

6 – Dish forgery
There has always existed more or less defined traditions that require a certain way of preparation and serving of the dish and the ratio both in the dish itself and in wines/ Very often it happens that you are served the dishes as a traditional ones, that have in fact don't have any traditional nature and turn up to be a pure falsification.

7 – Falsification of the menu
We all know or estimate that the cuisine had changed and is evolving even now even in the respect of serving the food. Today exist a certain kinds of menu that influence different dishes and thereby falsificate the structure of the meal.
