of the false food
Italian cuisine is one of the most famous
and popular worldwide, even regardless
the amount of pizzeria, that numbers around
100 000 restaurants.
But one of the most significant facts
is that the world has adopted the ready-made
dishes and desserts in italian style though
in the majority of the houses they are
cooked with the deep concern of its being
a truly italian cuisine.

the world market and competing McDonald's
is considerably different from the true
italian cuisine of the cookery of italian
regions.
False italian cuisine lies in using the
raw foodstuff or the dishes of italian
origin or simply their names, and this
statement also touches upon the real fakes

such as parmesan or pecorino, right
up to non-existent "parmesan pecorino".
- Olive oil of different origin and
quality.
- Balsamic vinegar, with even no indication
that it is "a vinegar", although
it can be a condiment to any dish.
- Ice-creams and sorbets, tiramisu and
any other desserts.
- Coffee "espresso" all'italiana,
ristretto, regardless various kinds
of cappuccino.
- Vines, starting with Lambrusco and
finishing with white wines of various
origins.
- Liqueurs, traditional (Martini, Amaretto)
and new (first of all limocello).
Those who are involved in the restaurant
business abroad very well know the question
about the internationalization of the
false italian cuisine. Certainly it is
not accidentally that together with numerous
pizzeria appear various “spaghetterie”
or spaghetti houses, “paninerie”
(sandwiches often served in France) and
in USA spaghetti are sold in the conic
packing.
Even italian "coffee" conception
that implies the place for breakfast and
fast breakfast has come to the world mentality
as "Mac Caffe".
