italian cuisine
So far as the world
is being involved in the unceasing process
of the internationalization of food products
and in the first part - internationalization
of national cuisines, the phenomenon of
false italian cuisine has appeared.
The questions of globalization in the
food industry had been raised at the meeting
in Gubbio (24 April 2001), and also these
questions were reviewed by the academy
of cuisine and cookery schools in the
context of Global Village international
meeting organized by FCIS on April 27,
28 on Capri island.
As it was determined to the most popular
kinds of cuisine nowadays belong:
- "Fast food"
of American type (so-called McDonalds
feeding);
- "Chinese food",
even considering that the notion of
"Chinese cuisine" in general
meaning doesn't exist at all because
there are as many kinds of Chinese food,
as the regions in China;
- The most wide-spread false italian
cuisine, that creates the italianization
(pseudoitalianization) of the world
cuisine;
